We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we made our return policy easy and simple.

Items purchased at www.portstyleshop.ca can be returned by mailing the items back to Port Style Enterprises Inc. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any damaged, missing, or lost items to us immediately so we may contact the courier to file a claim. In the event that the product received is damaged, we may require you to take pictures of its condition in order to speed up the claim.

CANCELLING ORDERS


Orders submitted on www.portstyleshop.ca cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail.

RETURN

 

Within 30 days of purchase, you are welcome to return your unopened, unused and in original packing with all accessories to receive a full refund. Please note that refunds will be processed, excluding shipping charges, using the same payment method as for the original purchase.

Please provide the following details:

  • Original invoice number & Return authorization number 
  • The product name of the unused item, in its original packaging
  • Size of the item's box you will be sending
  • IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.

Only the purchaser can return items for a refund.

The return window of 30 days is from the date of delivery to your address.

We will not accept returns on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.

All returns must be sent with the freight prepaid otherwise the package will be refused.

Shipping fees will only be reimbursed in the case of a manufacturer defect, or an error made by Port Style Enterprises Inc.

All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. Only following this inspection will a refund be processed with the same tender, credit card or PayPal account.

Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own cost.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICIES

  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • We do not offer exchanges by mail.
  • We will not accept returns on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances.
  • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded unless you received an item in error
  • All seasonal and clearance merchandise are FINAL SALE
  • Final sale items cannot be returned

RETURNS BY MAIL

 

Once our Web Store team has provided you with a Return Authorization Code, please follow these steps:

  • Carefully pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging.
  • Enclose a copy of the documentation that accompanied your order. Including the Original invoice number and the Return Authorization code.
  • All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories, to ensure full credit.
  • Mail the package to:

  • Please be sure to apply sufficient postage to ensure delivery of your return package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.
  • Please be sure to keep note of your tracking number for the return product. As it is the only way to track your package and confirm delivery to Port Style. Port Style Enterprises Inc. will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • From the time that your return parcel arrives to Port-Style Enterprises Inc., please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

 

How do I return an item I received as a gift, that was purchased online?

You can return the item by mailing it back to our Warehouse by following the same steps listed under "Returns By Mail”

If you return the item to our Warehouse, the refund will be applied to the credit card that was used to 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY


Although we strive to update and keep accurate product and pricing information on the Website, errors and/or omissions may occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Port Style Enterprises Inc. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced and Port Style Enterprises Inc. chooses to refuse or cancel your order, you will be notified by email.
